Adapted from the builder repository docs. Public repo. Note: this repo is derived from the open-source Revyme visual website builder — README and CLAUDE.md describe Revyme.
An open-source visual website builder (Revyme-derived): design on a canvas — drag, resize, build components, animate — and get a clean Next.js project you can read, edit, deploy anywhere, and keep forever. No proprietary file format, no lock-in.
Every edit writes real source — an ordinary Next.js project (app/, components/, cms/). Deploy to Vercel, Netlify, your own server, anywhere.
The JSX is the source of truth. The editor parses the page's .tsx into a node map, renders it, and every edit rewrites that JSX. One loop: parse → render → edit → regenerate.
code/parsing/parser.ts walks JSX with Babel → flat Map<id, CanvasNode> → rendered as DOM inside a sandboxed iframepostMessage bridgenpm ci
