Black Candle Technologies is an open source software company building local-first tools for AI, automation, operations, and personal infrastructure. The guiding belief: useful software should be inspectable, self-hostable, and owned by the people running it instead of being locked behind fragile platforms, mandatory cloud accounts, or rented access.
Focus areas: giving developers, operators, small teams, and technical users practical software they can understand, extend, and run on infrastructure they control.
