A lightweight, local-first desktop project and task manager. Organizes work by organization and project, scores task urgency, tracks active timers, and presents the current plan as a live operations board.
One Rust domain layer for the desktop UI, SQLite persistence, urgency scoring, board grouping, and MCP tools. Tauri v2 provides a small native shell; Leptos provides a Rust/WASM interface. No Node.js, npm, pnpm, Corepack, React, Vite, Electron, hosted service, or Docker.

Archive/cancel are soft-deletes with no restore UI yet. No task deletion, drag-and-drop board editing, recurring work, or multi-user sync. TV board is display-focused; editing stays in the main window.
