lumen-qa/ — the QA workspace used for the 2026-10-03/04 provider-wiring QA: lumen.toml, provider/credential reference JSONs, server.log, the test echo plugin, workspace/ configs, and runtime/ (sqlite db, installed plugins).bin/lumen-keyring-start.sh — starts D-Bus + gnome-keyring-daemon on headless Ubuntu so Lumen's OS credential store works.
